Band 7 and band 41 PIM3D Reference Design with AD9375The PIM3 modules are RF front-end cable-less modules that integrate RF high efficiency power amplifier module and all necessary RF functions required close to the antenna in 3G-4G-5G RF heads. The PIM3 modules are available as Tx only modules (PIM3B) or Tx-Rx modules (PIM3D) for all major cellular bands ranging from 1800MHz to 3600MHz at power levels ranging from 50Wpeak to 150Wpeak. Complete functional evaluation of PIM3D modules is done on assemblies including radio boards with AD9375 wideband RF transceiver with integrated DPD from Analog Devices and connections to the filter assembly. Demonstration kits are available for FDD BAND 7 and TDD BAND 41.
