ADRV9002 Transceiver IC

ADRV9002 is the industry’s first high performance highly integrated transceiver IC that operates from 30 MHz to 6 GHz, capable of handling narrow band and/or wideband signals from 12 kHz to 40 MHz.

The receiver has been designed to be used in demanding high dynamic range (150 dBc/Hz) and linearity applications whereby the part can decipher and absorb wanted RF signals in the presence of large blockers.

The transmitter provides highest linearity and output power with lowest noise floor (−155 dBFS/Hz @ 7 dBm) for optimum transmitter signal purity and range.

Unique systems features and power vs. performance tradeoff configurations enable the ADRV9002 to be used in power sensitive markets and applications.

The ADRV9002 is capable of either TDD or FDD operation. It is ideally suited for use in challenging mission critical portable and networking applications within the VHF, UHF, and cellular bands up to 6 GHz.
