The ADH987S 1-to-9 fanout buffer is designed for low noise clock distribution. It is intended to generate relatively square wave outputs with fast rise / fall times. The low skew outputs of the ADH987S, combined with its fast rise / fall times, leads to controllable low-noise switching of downstream circuits such as mixers, ADCs / DACs or SERDES devices. The noise floor is particularly important in these applications, when the clock network bandwidth is wide enough to allow squarewave switching. Driven at 2 GHz, outputs of the ADH987S have a noise floor of -155 dBc/Hz.

The input stage can be driven single-ended or differentially, in a variety of signal formats (CML, LVDS, LVPECL or CMOS), AC or DC coupled. The input stage also features adjustable input impedance. It has 8 LVPECL outputs, and 1 CML output with adjustable swing/power-level in 3 dB steps.

Individual output stages may be enabled or disabled for power-savings when not required using either hardware control pins, or under control of a serial-port interface.

The RT6804 is a 3rd generation multicell battery stack monitor that measures up to 12 series connected battery cells with a total measurement error of less than 1.2mV. The cell measurement range of 0V to 5V makes the RT6804 suitable for most battery chemistries. All 12 cell voltages can be captured in 290µs, and lower data acquisition rates can be selected for high noise reduction.

Multiple RT6804 devices can be connected in series, permitting simultaneous cell monitoring of long, high voltage battery strings. The RT6804 has an isoSPI interface for high speed, RF-immune, local area communications. Using the RT6804-1, multiple devices are connected in a daisy-chain with one host processor connection for all devices.

Additional features include passive balancing for each cell, an on-board 5V regulator, and 5 general purpose I/O lines. In sleep mode, current consumption is reduced to 4µA. The RT6804 can be powered directly from the battery, or from an isolated supply

The ADH519S is a high dynamic range GaAs PHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) which covers the 17.5 to 31.5 GHz frequency range. The ADH519S provides 11.4 dB of small signal gain, 5.0 dB of noise figure and has an output IP3 of 19.2 dBm.

The RH5596S is a high accuracy RMS power detector that provides a very wide RF input bandwidth, from 100MHz up to 40GHz. This makes the device suitable for a wide range of RF and microwave applications, such as point-to-point microwave links, instrumentation and power control applications.

The DC output voltage of the detector is an accurate representation of the average signal power applied to the RF input. The response is linear-in-dB with 29mV/dB logarithmic slope over a 35dB dynamic range with typically better than ±1dB accuracy. The detector is particularly suited for measurement of waveforms with crest factor (CF) as high as 12dB, and waveforms that exhibit a significant variation of the crest factor during the measurement.

To achieve higher accuracy and lower output ripple, the averaging bandwidth can be externally adjusted by a capacitor connected between the FLTR and OUT pins.

The enable interface switches the device between active measurement mode and a low power shutdown mode.

The EVAL-AD9246S supports the AD9246S 125 MSPS Space Grade Analog-to-Digital Converter. The evaluation board when paired with the HSC-ADC-EVALCZ capture board provides a platform to evaluate the performance of the AD9246S. The analog input and clock signals can be brought onto the board through edge-mounted SMA connectors. The headers on the board can be used to select the use of either the on-board power solution (default) or the use of an external power supply (jumpers removed).

The EVAL-ADuM7442S supports the ADuM7442S 25MBPS Space Grade Quad Channel Digital Isolator. The evaluation board provides access to all 4 channels, support for signal fan-out and loopback as well as optimal bypass capacitance. Signals can be brought onto the board through the edge-mounted SMA connectors or wired directly by utilizing unpopulated header positions. Decoupled terminal blocks are provided for power connections along with support for edge-mounted SMA connectors. Compatibility with Tektronix active probes is provided by the inclusion of 200 mil header positions.

The board follows best printed circuit board (PCB) design practices for 4-layer boards, including a full power and ground plane on each side of the isolation barrier. While interplane capacitance bypassing is implemented on the PCB to minimize noise and EMI transmission, no other mitigation design features are included.
